Join Ananda Leeke, a registered yoga teacher and Digital Sisterhood Network founder, for Digital Sisterhood Month 2011 online yoga classes for social media users on December 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 7:15 am to 7:30 am ET. The classes will include office yoga (seated poses for your neck, shoulders, back, and hips; keyboard yoga for your hands fingers; eye yoga; and mouth yoga) and breathing exercises that social media users can use to unplug from their tech life and toys, to release stress, and to manage their time online and offline with grace and ease. You will need a chair and comfortable clothing.
If you miss the classes, don’t fret. They will be recorded and available for viewing five minutes after they air.
